Countdown



So I am going to do this, Run 7 miles during my Ragnar Relay Leg - on tired legs.

Question is how to get there.

Let's keep it simple:

1. Believe!  (Yesterday was the best time to start but the next best day is Today!)
2. Diet like crazy (less to carry)
3. Run, Run, Run
4. Sleep
5. Cross Train

I took a week off resting and eating poorly so tonight could only go a mile and change but it's still a win.   I'll bounce back Thursday and do 5 miles
